Her expertise spans strategic planning and foresight, program and service evolution, digital transformation, public policy, EDI-informed program delivery, financial management, partnership development, government relations, and cross-functional leadership.

As former CEO, she led the digital transformation of the Manitoba Arts Council, streamlining 53 programs into six and transitioning administration to a cloud-based platform. At the New Brunswick Arts Board, she developed Indigenous-focused programming and built partnerships with national funders, bringing an intersectional lens to program development and organizational strategy.
