Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, organizational change, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement, helping organizations navigate complexity, align around shared outcomes, and turn strategy into meaningful action.

Her expertise spans strategic planning and foresight, program and service evolution, digital transformation, public policy, EDI-informed program delivery, financial management, partnership development, government relations, and cross-functional leadership.

As former CEO, she led the digital transformation of the Manitoba Arts Council, streamlining 53 programs into six and transitioning administration to a cloud-based platform. At the New Brunswick Arts Board, she developed Indigenous-focused programming and built partnerships with national funders, bringing an intersectional lens to program development and organizational strategy.
